Privacy Policy

Your account. Your name and email address, from the Google account you sign in with. We never see or store your Google password.

Your household. The names you add for the people your membership covers, and their relationship to you. Nothing else.

Your membership. Which level you bought, when it was purchased, when it expires, and your Booster ID.

Entry records. When a pass is scanned at a gate, we record the date and time, which event, which gate, and whether entry was allowed. This is how a membership is prevented from admitting more people than it covers.

Volunteering. Shifts you sign up for, and whether you worked them.

Notifications. If you allow them, a device token so we can send game reminders and membership notices.

We do not collect, process, or store card details. Payments are handled by MySchoolBucks, operated by Heartland Payment Systems, and card information is entered on their systems, not ours. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the amount and level purchased, so we can activate your membership.

Google Firebase stores the data and runs the app, and delivers notifications.

SendGrid delivers our email, such as membership confirmations and pass links.

Booster club board members with an administrator role can see the membership roster, contact details, volunteer sign-ups, and entry records. This is how memberships are managed and gates are staffed. Administrator actions are logged.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

A family membership usually covers children, and their names appear on the passes it issues. We ask for as little as possible about them — a name and nothing more. We do not collect dates of birth.

Accounts are intended for people aged 13 and over. A younger child does not need an account to hold a pass: a parent can send a pass to their device instead. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Membership and entry records are kept for the current season and prior seasons, so the club has a record of attendance and of who was a member. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your household's personal details and keep only anonymous totals.

You can edit or remove the people on your household at any time in the app, and turn notifications off in your device settings.

Data is stored with Google Firebase and protected by access rules that prevent one member from reading another member's information. The rotating code on your membership card is generated on our server; the secret behind it is never sent to a phone.

No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
